As a lawyer, personal trainer, yoga instructor, Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist, and speaker, I bring a rare combination of professional and wellness expertise to every client I work with. I created a three-step system for law firm and corporate retreats that is designed to motivate, educate, and transform the way high-achieving professionals think about their health. My book, Attorney Wellness Advocate, builds on these same principles, combining practical strategies with both modern science and timeless practices to help professionals integrate wellness into their careers. The book explores topics that are often overlooked in workplace wellness discussions, such as the fascia, lymphatic system, and strength training, and shows how even small, consistent changes can dramatically improve physical health, mental clarity, and professional performance.

I am on a personal mission to get professionals to start strength training. Most men already understand the benefits and simply need the right information and motivation to take action. Many women, however, are still more likely to focus on cardio machines, even if they are committed to fitness. While cardio is valuable, it is strength training that offers the fastest, most significant returns on health and fitness. For beginners, the advantage is even greater. With consistent effort, those new to strength training can make the most progress in the least amount of time, building a foundation that will benefit them for years to come.
